Hi! Its nice to meet you and I'm glad you're here. 

My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, assess your movement patterns, and design an exercise program that fits your needs. 

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Licensed Athletic Trainer and a Certified Pre-and Post-Natal Coach.

I have 13 years of experience working with all levels of fitness. 

I am also a mom, an avid kitchen dancer, and lover of all things fitness.
